The Eduform label registered by the Ministry of National Education with France compétences, aims to guarantee throughout France, in accordance with the requirements of the law of 5 September 2018, the quality of the services offered and implemented within its vocational training network.

The label's standards take into account the 4 types of action provided for by the law:

• training actions,
• skills assessments,
• actions enabling the validation of acquired experience (VAE),
• apprenticeship training actions,

It is awarded for three years after a national audit has been carried out. Each year, a control audit is organised to confirm whether or not the label has been awarded.

Obtaining it enables the Qualiopi certification carried by the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Integration to be issued.

QUALIOPI certifies the quality of the process for delivering actions contributing to the development of skills.

Categories of certified actions:

• training actions;
• skills assessments;
• actions enabling the validation of acquired experience;
• apprenticeship training actions.

The "QUALIOPI" mark is issued for 3 years and by certifying bodies accredited or authorised by the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac) on the basis of the national quality reference framework.

Certification criteria:

1. The conditions for informing the public about the services offered, the timescales for accessing them and the results obtained
2. The precise identification of the objectives of the services offered and the adaptation of these services to the beneficiary public when designing the services
3. The adaptation to the beneficiary public of the services and the reception, support, monitoring and assessment procedures implemented
4. The adequacy of the teaching, technical and supervisory resources to the services provided
5. The qualifications and development of the knowledge and skills of the staff responsible for implementing the services
6. The involvement and investment of the service provider in its professional environment
7. The collection and consideration of feedback and complaints made by the parties involved in the services provided
