Skill block 1: implementing the relationship with users/customers to guarantee the smooth running of the cleaning site
Checking the appearance of the outfit and equipment
Introducing oneself and engaging in effective dialogue with the user/customer, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the exchange.
Informing them of the nature and constraints of the work to be carried out and explaining the progress of the operations and the precautions to be taken at the end of the operations.
