At the end of the course, trainees will be able to carry out activities related to the service, act as the interface

between the customer and the company and contribute to the good image and reputation of the establishment.


  • Refresher training: Professional communication, behavioural, operational, technical and digital skills
  • Pedagogical support, innovative training situations
  • Discovery of the profession and basic service techniques
  • Managementof reception, advising customers and taking commande (in French and English)
  • Performing a service in commercial catering
  • Preparation and service ofa buffet
  • Initiation bar(service, management and preparation)
  • Technique and job search

  • Certification of prior learning
Total maximum duration of 486 hours, including 70 hours in a company and 416 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.
