Tele-assistant operator for the elderly

Training professionals in remote assistance for the elderly to:

• communicate with the customer
• manage a conflict situation
• manage a stressful situation
• use a defibrillator
• analyse the situation and provide an appropriate response
• alert the right services or family

Module 5: Training for Level 1 Civic Prevention and First Aid and First Aid at Work certificates

• Certification of prior learning

• All audiences

- Be at least 16 years old

- Have an interest in working with the elderly

- Good command of written and spoken French

- Level 5 in health and social care preferred

- The various activities require the learner to be able to analyse situations properly, manage stress and communicate in a professional manner

• Fully classroom-based training

• Group lessons

• Equipped technical platforms
• Room equipped with networked computer workstations
• Unmarked room with video projector

Teachers certified by the French Ministry of Education, trainers with 3 years' higher education qualifications and significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers.

Positioning test and interview by appointment.
