The course is made up of several modules:
Sustainable development and CSR
- Understanding the fundamental concepts: Defining sustainable development and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Drawing up an inventory of the current situation and the urgency of the changes to be put in place
- Understanding the company's role in these issues and its dependence on its ecosystem
- Understanding their importance in the professional context: regulatory panorama and advantages of a CSR approach
- Identify the pillars of sustainable development: Recognise and explain the three pillars of sustainable development: economic, social and environmental.
- Understand the fundamental principles of CSR and the 7 central questions
- Analyse CSR practices : Study concrete examples of the implementation of a CSR approach and understand how companies integrate these practices.
- Apply CSR principles: Develop strategies for integrating CSR principles into your professional activity.
Initiating your CSR approach and implementing your action plan
- Methodology for carrying out an initial diagnosis and identifying the issues
- Identifying stakeholders and their expectations
- Selecting strategic areas based on the issues identified
