Acquire the qualifications needed to welcome, inform, assist and guide passengers and those accompanying them.

• Checking in passengers, their luggage and, where applicable, their vehicle.
• Organising and managing the boarding of passengers on board any means of transport.
• Overseeing the safety and security of passengers.

The activity is located in railway stations, maritime stations, airports and reception halls.

In apprenticeship: Training is available within a minimum of 48 hours, subject to validation of your application and availability of places, as well as the position in the company (diploma compliance), until the end of the 1st month in which the course starts.

To work as a reception, information, stopover, shuttle... agent in passenger transport companies, airports, reception halls receiving passengers.
