At the end of his/her training, the holder of this BTS will be able to:
- welcome customers and support them throughout their journey, whatever the communication channel available to them, ensuring the quality of the service provided and the adaptation of the proposal formulated with a view to building customer loyalty and developing a relationship of personalised trust based on knowledge of each customer;
- deal with most of the day-to-day problems faced by private individuals in the areas of day-to-day banking, investment, credit, personal, property and liability insurance ;
- to develop business quantitatively and qualitatively by applying the commercial policy of the institution or network of institutions in compliance with safety rules, regulations and ethics specific to the sector of activity ;
