To meet companies' expectations, the Bachelor's degree in Sales Development Manager France and International (level - i.e. BAC +3) enables you to set up sales action plans adapted to the target geographical areas and detect new sales opportunities there. You will manage and monitor the sales performance of your teams. You will develop negotiating skills in a multicultural context and adapt quickly to customer needs. You will also be responsible for reporting on sales activity.

You will use digital tools and professional social networks in your sales functions, in the development of omni-channel sales strategies to serve the growth of e-commerce, in the development of remote negotiation and managerial innovation.

Block 1: Carry out a commercial, competitive and technological watch and define marketing action plans

  • C1 : Carry out a commercial, competitive and technological watch in France and internationally in order to analyse information relating to markets, products / services and competitors.
  • C2 : Carry out a market study in order to set up a segmentation of prospects / customers / products / services adapted to the company's markets using the tools of strategic diagnosis.
  • C3 : Use digital marketing tools to implement the marketing action plan in order to implement an innovative digital strategy

Block 2: Detect sales opportunities and develop a customer portfolio

  • C1 : Define a sales action plan in France and internationally in order to identify the target prospects / customers and new customer needs.
  • C2: Launch sales development by implementing the appropriate marketing method(s) for the customers/countries in order to promote collaborative sales solutions.
  • C3: Drawing up commercial proposals and responding to national and international calls for tenders in order to meet the commercial, technical and financial requirements of buyers.

Block 3: Negotiating, setting up contracts and partnerships

  • C1: Negotiating in France and internationally with partners in the sales network with a view to commercial agreements and signing contracts, adapting to the people involved and cultural differences.
  • C2: Set up contracts in France and internationally to formalise commercial and/or partnership agreements and prevent commercial disputes by adapting the various commercial, logistical, financial and legal clauses to the customers/countries.
  • C3:Develop partnerships in France and internationally in order to create lasting business relationships and monitor their development by guaranteeing sales and the sales margin

Block 4: Manage a sales team and monitor sales performance

  • C1:Manage and lead a sales team with a view to achieving sales targets by motivating and professionalising its teams.
  • C2 :Manage and lead sales networks in order to build strong commercial relationships and create quality partnerships.
  • C3:To monitor sales performance and analyse any discrepancies in order to take the necessary corrective action and report back to management.


A validation certificate for each block may be issued in the event of partial validation
