General objectives:
To supplement the knowledge and bring up to standard of people interested in careers in the installation and maintenance of energy systems in all knowledge and skills hydraulic, electrical and thermal.
Acquire the basic skills to enable them to respond to job offers as a site assistant.
Acquire the basic skills and knowledge required to carry out assignments (site organisation, analysis of site situations).
Operational objectives :
Plan his/her work from a material, logistical, technical, safety and regulatory point of view, on the basis of written or oral instructions from his/her line manager and his/her knowledge of the operation of the equipment making up the heat pump installations, in order to guarantee that the site can be started on time and in complete safety,
Install the tools, materials and consumables (in the right place, in the right quantity and to the right size), in accordance with the instructions of the line manager and in compliance with the specifications,
Store the equipment, either in the dedicated areas or by applying the company's procedures for returning equipment, in order to free up the work area once the job is finished.
Knowing how to read plans, assembly diagrams and execution files,
Securing worksite areas
Representing the location of installation components,
Performing the electrical wiring (connection and commissioning) required for the system to operate ;

Module 1 - Site organisation
Knowledge and consideration of the various parties involved in a site: customer expectations, technical specifications, architectural plan corresponding to the trade
Plan reading
Site study (knowledge of the existing host structure and any modifications to allow the installation of the AHU)
Knowledge of the various pieces of equipment to be installed
Knowledge of the materials and tools associated with the trade
Knowledge of the safety rules (individual or collective PPE, site marking....)
Module 2 - Basic concepts - Electrical field
The fundamentals of electricity as adapted to the PAC technician trade
The different structures of an electrical installation (wiring, types of ducting, connection diagrams (neutral system..)
Knowledge, connection and handling of electrical installation systems (circuit breaker, etc...)
Electrical accreditation (B1V)
Drawing up wiring for installations and commissioning
Module 3 - Basic concepts - Hydraulics
Reminders of physics applied to hydraulics:
Succinct description of a hydraulic heating and chilled water circuit and location on a diagram:
Practical basic principles of incompressible fluid dynamics
Practical identification of components (pumps, control valves, piping...) making up a hydraulic installation for the distribution of hot and chilled water
Heat exchangers: operating principle
Practical work and role-playing, first-level diagnostics and troubleshooting
Module 4 - Fundamentals - Thermal field
Fundamentals: Notions of heat transfer, energies, temperature
How to represent an electrical voltage and current on an electrical diagram
Electrical networks: single-phase circuit and three-phase circuit
Hydraulic and aeraulic networks.
Air conditioning systems.
Changes of state (gaseous, liquid, solid) link with heat transfers.
Module 6 - Job search techniques
Work on the oral presentation of the candidates' project and their previous career, on the CV, on teamwork and knowledge of the trade/sector
Module 7 - Work placement in a company
2 weeks of immersion after the job dating with a partner company of the operation

Certification of prior learning
Maximum total duration of 400 hours, including 70 hours in a company and 330 hours at the training centre.
