Since 2002, the Groupement d'Intérêt Public Formation et Insertion Professionnelles de l'Académie de Nice (GIP-FIPAN) has been implementing a range of services contributing to education, lifelong training and professional integration. It operates in the following areas:

• Lifelong training:
  

- Agent for public contracts of regional scope (Pôle emploi or regional training plan...) on behalf of the GRETAs of the Nice academy as well as partners from outside the National Education

- Carrying out training courses falling within the scope of continuing vocational training

- Support function for the GRETAs of the Nice academy in the areas of responding to calls for tender, communication, management, HR and the staff training plan.

• Validation des acquis de l'expérience (DAVA): public service mission of the VAE process (advice and admissibility) and commercial services to support candidates and companies

• Apprenticeship (CFA): Development of apprenticeships in all public high schools and within the GRETA network in the Académie de Nice
  

• the PID Innovation and Development cluster: Innovative training courses from training engineering to digital transformation and International mobility for employees and apprentices

The DAVA (Dispositif Académique de Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience) is in charge of VAE; Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience for diplomas from CAP to BTS and for higher diplomas in accounting, educators and specialised monitors.

The GIP FIPAN DAVA centres (located in Nice, Antibes, Fréjus and Toulon) will advise and support you in your Validation of Acquired Experience project whether you are an employer, employee, self-employed, volunteer or job seeker.

The GIP FIPAN is developing work-linked training within the Académie de Nice through its CFA department, whose mission is the development of apprenticeship training provision within all the lycées in the Académie de Nice and since 2019 also within the Académie's GRETA network.

The CFA offers diplomas ranging from CAP to Bac + 5 in most trades and in line with the needs and economic development of the region.

The Innovation and Development Pole offers a catalogue of innovative, professionalising training courses.

From training engineering to digital transformation and educational innovation, the division's multicultural team of eighteen people will support each of your projects.

We offer cooperation opportunities with partners abroad, to develop your employees' mobility and enrich your in-house skills.

This internationally-focused, multi-purpose campus offers training that meets the needs of the market and is capable of adapting to the individual needs of its learners through digitalised, multimodal pathways in our 4 areas of activity:

• Training and professional integration professions
• Entrepreneurship
• Energy transition professions

Born in 2022 within GIP FIPAN, LAB 12.4 is a collaborative working tool serving the vocational and continuing education network but also our partners and local businesses.

It is a place for experimenting with new training solutions, developing collaborative creation by encouraging meetings that are both informal and innovative.

It is also a place for digitising e-learning training modules, producing and broadcasting live streaming, creating video content and virtual classes, virtual reality experience...

LAB12.4 is a workspace open to the public, equipped with digitisation tools and digital tools (Camera, green background, prompter, stabiliser, virtual reality headsets, connected touch screen, etc.) and digital creation software.

LAB12.4 offers access to professional digital creation tools: It can enable members of a company or teaching teams to work with professional production tools.
