Co-funded by the European Union as part of the Erasmus + programme, the WHOW - Women Home Working, project supports young mothers (aged 16 to 25) in their return to employment or training after pregnancy.
Launched in December 2022 for a duration of 26 months, the WHOW project brings together five European partners: the GIP FIPAN (coordinator), Exeo Lab (Italy), Dramblys (Spain), RightChallenge (Portugal), Synthesis (Cyprus).
The mission of the project is to help young mothers who have had to interrupt their education, training or career to regain the confidence and skills to re-enter the labour market.
Throughout the project, the consortium has developed free resources and tools to support both young mothers and the professionals who support them. Available in six languages (English, French, Italian, Greek, Portuguese and Spanish), these tools include:
In 2024, more than 40 young mothers benefited from this personalised support in the five partner countries.
Project end date: 31 January 2025
