The Erasmus+ R.E.Mind (Reinforce Entrepreneurial Mindset in Social Economy) project is revolutionising vocational education in Europe to better prepare students for the entrepreneurial future. This project is funded by Erasmus+ for the vocational education and training sector.
To remain competitive, businesses must adapt, which means that workers and entrepreneurs must be skilled to meet the challenges of today's entrepreneurial world. With the increasing digitalisation of the labour market, companies are looking for individuals with more than basic technical skills; they are looking for innovators, communicators, problem solvers.
The R.E.Mind project aims to transform the way we understand entrepreneurship, moving from a vision of "How to run a business?" to "How to develop a wide range of skills applicable to all areas of life?"
By working with our European partners, Norway, Spain, Greece, Italy and France, we aim to integrate these entrepreneurial skills into school curricula and support teachers and trainers with appropriate methods and tools. This is a crucial step towards reconnecting education and entrepreneurship, with the ultimate aim of creating a shared model between schools and businesses, to inspire and support entrepreneurship in the social economy.
Itidentifies entrepreneurial skills needs for the social and solidarity economy (SSE) sector. The main objective is to design and develop a shared model between SSE schools and companies, to support them and encourage actions to foster the entrepreneurial spirit.
This is a tool that can be used independently to assess the soft skills most closely related to the entrepreneurial spirit according to SMEs in the social and solidarity economy. Its aim is to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of "digital natives", which is why this self-diagnosis tool is offered in the form of a game or web application. It will take into account those who encounter learning difficulties.
This is a key support tool for teachers in deploying the project's educational resources. It aims to provide teachers with a comprehensive guide including a pedagogical approach, targeted soft skills, advice on the role of facilitator and support content for participant assessment.
The aim of PR4 is to create easy-to-use online training modules aimed at developing knowledge and skills. The aim is to stimulate the creation of knowledge and the exchange of experience in order to achieve a diversity of skills and to develop an entrepreneurial spirit among students and trainers. The aim is to create a tool that is flexible, fully transferable and adaptable to the different environments of European SMEs.
