PENTATEAMS : Booster la performance des équipes grâce à l'inclusion et la diversité


Co-financed by the European Union as part of the Erasmus + programme, the PENTATEAMS project aims to promote inclusion in the workplace as a lever for performance and social impact.

A partnership for more inclusive working environments

Launched in November 2023 for a period of 24 months, PENTATEAMS brings together six European partners committed to diversity and inclusion at work: the GIP FIPAN (coordinator), INDEPCIE (Spain), Skill Up (Italy), Innovation Frontiers (Greece) and Austrian Association of Inclusive Society (Austria).

The ambition of this project is to help companies and organisations better manage diversity and foster harmonious interpersonal relations, by encouraging respect for and inclusion of people from different social and cultural backgrounds. Inspired by Google's Aristotle project, PENTATEAMS is based on five key pillars of team performance:

  • Psychological safety: Feeling free to express your ideas without fear
  • Reliance: Being able to rely on colleagues
  • Structure & clarity: Understanding roles and expectations
  • Meaning: Working with motivation and commitment
  • Impact: Feeling useful and valued
Innovative tools to promote inclusion and performance

PENTATEAMS will provide free resources and tools in six languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish, Greek and German) to help managers and team leaders better integrate diversity and inclusion into their management:

  • A self-assessment tool to measure one's inclusive leadership skills.
  • Online training modules, on creating and managing inclusive, high-performance teams.
  • Case studies and testimonialswith good practices and strategies applied.
  • An online toolboxwith practical resources to strengthen team cohesion.
  • An analysis of labour markets and diversity and inclusion policies in the five partner countries.
  • A brochure on the five pillars of Google's Aristotle project.

Throughout the project, workshops and events will be organised to raise awareness of diversity and inclusion issues among managers and team leaders and provide them with practical tools to improve the cohesion and performance of their teams.
