The Erasmus + From Burnout to Balance project aims to prevent and reduce burnout among trainers and teachers by developing concrete strategies to improve their well-being and resilience in the face of stress.
The From Burnout to Balance project, co-funded by the European Union and led by GIP FIPAN in collaboration with Mundus (Spain) and Krizevci Agricultural Secondary School (Croatia), is based on practical and innovative approaches to promote knowledge exchange, skills development and resilience in the face of stress.
