The Erasmus + From Burnout to Balance project aims to prevent and reduce burnout among trainers and teachers by developing concrete strategies to improve their well-being and resilience in the face of stress.

The From Burnout to Balance project, co-funded by the European Union and led by GIP FIPAN in collaboration with Mundus (Spain) and Krizevci Agricultural Secondary School (Croatia), is based on practical and innovative approaches to promote knowledge exchange, skills development and resilience in the face of stress.

This one-year project aims to:

  • Encourage exchanges of knowledge between teachers, mental health experts and professional organisations.
  • Propose training tailored to the needs of teachers and trainers to offer them concrete tools for managing stress and improving well-being.
  • Create a lasting impact on the educational community by facilitating the dissemination of the knowledge acquired.
  • Favour peer learning and the development of new synergies for enhanced support.
  • Implement individual and collective training to equip professionals with effective resources and strategies.
Concrete results for the education community
Structured activities for concrete results:

The project proposes a cycle of varied activities, aimed at training and supporting education professionals:

  • On-site training: these training sessions will offer tools and practical strategies to better manage stress, strengthen personal balance and promote a culture of well-being within educational establishments.
  • Coaching and mentoring groups:support groups will be set up to encourageexchanges of experience, thesharing of good practiceand the'application of the methodologies developed.
  • Mobility and exchange activities: collaborative sessions bringing together teachers and experts will strengthen synergies on a European scale and encourage learning between pai
