Actions:
- Valuing experience through the Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience (VAE)
. - Reinforce proficiency in French through training in French as a Foreign Language (FLE) tailored to the beneficiaries' career plans
- To meet the needs of the job market by offering vocational training courses
. - Discovering and appropriating professional practices in France through work placements or immersion in companies.
