EULEP - European Learning Experience Platform

The European Learning Experience Platform (EULEP) project is being led by an international consortium of 20 partners from 8 European countries: France, Belgium, Austria, Cyprus, Italy, Latvia, Spain and Turkey.

This consortium brings together key players in the fields of vocational training, chambers of commerce and industry, social innovation centres, universities and public bodies. These partners are working together to create a European e-learning platform, aimed at boosting the skills of SME employees, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence, virtual reality and social innovation.

The main objective of the project is to encourage the adoption of new technologies and the improvement of skills within European companies, by creating a transnational and collaborative learning environment.

• Create an online training platform to offer modules on artificial intelligence, virtual reality and social innovation;
• Design innovative modules tailored to the needs of SMEs to promote the integration of new technologies;

• Collaborate with European digital innovation hubs to strengthen local resources;
• Disseminate results to maximise the impact of the project on a European scale.

These actions aim to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs and stimulate innovation in professional practices.

• Development of skills in new technologies: creation of online training modules on artificial intelligence, virtual reality and social innovation, aimed at strengthening the capabilities of SME employees.

• Creation of a European learning platform: design of a digital platform centralising training resources, accessible to all European partners and facilitating the exchange of good practice.

• Strengthening transnational cooperation: networking of European players (companies, trainers, innovation centres) to encourage collaboration and the adoption of new technologies within SMEs, while guaranteeing the sustainability of the project.

In conclusion, the EULEP project represents a key initiative to strengthen the competitiveness of European SMEs by equipping them with the necessary skills in innovative technological fields. Through a transnational and collaborative approach, EULEP offers concrete solutions for learning and adopting the technologies of the future, while promoting the inclusion and professional development of employees.
