The Erasmus+ E-Portfolio Migrants project aims to improve access to learning for adult migrants by enhancing their soft skills. Through the creation of innovative pedagogical tools, a digital platform and a network of experts, this project promotes their social and professional inclusion, while supporting trainers, NGOs and local authorities in their accompaniment.
The Migrants E-Portfolio project was led by a consortium of 8 partners from 7 European countries (Belgium, Greece, Spain, Finland, Iceland, Italy and France). These players, who specialise in education, social innovation and the integration of migrants, worked together to develop practical tools to promote the autonomy and professional integration of migrants.
The central idea of the project was based on the creation of a digital E-Portfolio, enabling migrants to assess and develop their soft skills, to access appropriate training and to better integrate into the labour market in their host country.

It has designed a digital portfolio, E-Portfolio, to identify and promote soft skills. Interactive training modules have been developed to help migrants write their CVs and integrate into the workforce.
The project has also led to the establishment of a network of 40 experts in social inclusion and skills development, as well as the creation of self-assessment tools to monitor the progress of beneficiaries. Finally, a digital platform has been developed to centralise these resources and facilitate exchanges between trainers, mentors and migrants.
An interactive tool was designed to enable migrants to assess and value their soft skills. This digital portfolio offered them a personalised space to document their career path, identify their strengths and access training tailored to their professional needs.
Interactive training modules have been developed to help migrants acquire essential skills, particularly in CV writing, preparing for job interviews and understanding the job market in their host country. These training courses have been designed to be accessible and adapted to the realities of the beneficiaries.
The project has fostered the establishment of a network of 40 experts in social inclusion and skills development. In addition, a digital platform has been developed to centralise teaching resources, facilitate exchanges between trainers, mentors and migrants, and provide a space for support and collaboration.
Through these three strands, the project has helped to empower migrants and improve their employability, while supporting the actors involved in their integration.
