Phase 1: Discovering the different professions and the profile of a security guard
- Discovering the security sector: professions, missions, expectations of recruiters, profiles sought, positioning of guards in relation to the forces of law and order, places of practice ....
- But also the constraints, particularly physical and timetable-related, linked to the positions.
- Job survey enabling trainees to have a better representation of the jobs and to build themselves an "identity card" of the security guard (profile, training, approvals

- Existing gateways to go to these jobs: Ex military, firefighters, holder of expired SSIAP, APS or ASA cards,...
Different methods may be proposed:
- Speeches by safety professionals whose aim will be to bring these presentations to life.
- Visits to safety departments at various sites (industrial, tertiary ...)
Phase 2: Validation of the trainee's position in a security profession
- Raising awareness of the life skills and professional postures inherent in the various professions Information on the regulations specific to the sector (criminal record, nationality, presence on French territory) and authorisations required to enter a security profession training course (CNAPS)
- Verification of trainees' level of French (validation of B1 level) or preparation for obtaining B1 level
- Preparation of the CNAPS file for candidates validating a project to enter training (APS, ASA, TP OVT,. )
Assessments: 3 h
- An assessment will take place at the end of the course: conducted in the presence of the Pôle emploi guarantor, the aim of this assessment is to measure the trainees' achievements and their satisfaction with the action taken.
- Discussions on all aspects of the training, individual situation at the end of the training in relation to training prospects in the security sector or employment.
