Career-focused

Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to set their career path within the manufacturing sector; they will apply the 10 key behaviours expected in this sector, will have discovered the industrial sectors present in their region, as well as around ten in-demand roles within the manufacturing sector. They will hold the initial qualifications required to subsequently take up their chosen role (Operations Operator Certificate, Harness Use – Working at Height, Bolted Joints, ATEX0, GIES1, GTIS, Workplace First Aider, etc.) – these accreditations or certifications must be tailored to the needs of businesses in the region where the training programme takes place

Module 3: Introduction to and practical experience of industrial trades

The organisation of each ‘trade’ introduction and practical session is based on the following principle:

1. Introduction to the trade / context of the trade

2. Trade information sheet:
- Introduction to the trade and its tasks
- Overview of the risks associated with the trade
- Overview of the preventive measures in place
- Overview of developments in the trade - Overview of constraints associated with the trade

3. Practical experience of the trade

4. Summary of the introduction (questions and answers

Module 4: Regulatory authorisations and certifications for industry (28 hours)

Choice from the following authorisations: ATEX Level 0, GIES Level 1, Bolted Joints, Electrical Accreditation B0-H0-H0V, Use of Scaffolding (Recommendation R408),  Working at Height, Wearing a Harness, GTIS (if planning a career as a fitter or assistant fitter), SST (Workplace First Aider), BE Operational Certification

    The training course takes place in person at the centre, which provides the ideal setting for building group dynamics, encouraging interactive discussions between trainees and making use of professional equipment.

Education Nationale certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers.


This course consists of non-certification modules which will be assessed by the trainer, resulting in certificates of achievement.

Regulatory certifications for the industry may be issued.
