RPIF Projects and Training Engineering Manager qualification

On completion of the qualification, the Training Projects and Engineering Manager will be able to design, implement and/or manage training initiatives that meet all types of expressed or emerging needs. They will be able to take charge of monitoring, designing, managing, implementing and evaluating systems, and will know how to transfer them to other contexts or other users. He/she will carry out these activities using innovative and/or tried and tested teaching approaches and tools. In this way, he/she will contribute to the development of markets and the sustainability of the organisation.

At the end of the course, the trainee will be able to:

• Analyse a need and design an appropriate training offer, integrating pedagogical, economic and contextual dimensions
• Structure, manage and evaluate a training scheme, with a view to quality, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
• Design and lead multimodal educational pathways, inclusive and learner-centred
• Accompanying and individualising training pathways to promote the success of all audiences
• Managing training activity from an organisational, administrative and financial aspects
• Managing and coordinating teams by developing cooperation, commitment and collective performance
• Developing partnerships and keeping a strategic watch to adapt training provision to changes in the sector

Modular training: 4 blocks, 11 activities, 28 skills

Block 1: Designing a customised, multimodal training programme incorporating skills development consultancy

• Activity 1: Gathering and analysing training demand
• Activity 2: Opportunity and feasibility study of the training response and its implementation
• Activity 3: Carrying out a skills diagnosis
• Activity 4: Building an innovative proposal incorporating multimodality, in compliance with the specifications and regulations for vocational and continuing training

Block 2: Managing a multimodal training scheme as part of a quality approach

• Activity 5: Organising the training scheme or action
• Activity 6: Implementing individual and group multimodal pathways
• Activity 7: Monitoring and contributing to developments in training

Block 3: Implementing learning situations

• Activity 8: Designing an individualised learning path
• Activity 9: Facilitating learning using different methods

Block 4: Managing teams in the training sector

• Activity 10: Leading teaching and administrative teams
• Activity 11: Coordinating teaching and administrative teams

Have level 5 certification;

Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;

Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.

Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field enabling them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.

Assessment prior to the start of the course (tests and interview). Those who have already completed BLOCK 1 of RNCP certifications 36210, 36215 and 38118 will be exempt from Block 1. Depending on your experience, a personalised learning pathway will be put in place.

Interviews and remedial support with the educational advisor and/or the industry liaison officer during the course.

Feedback on participants’ satisfaction will be gathered during and at the end of the course.

The RPIF qualification has been in existence for over 15 years at national level; more than 200 participants have successfully completed the qualification and are now working within organisations, training departments or as training consultants.

Introduced in January 2022 in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, here are the figures calculated at the end of 2025 for the third intake (22 learners, including 8 apprentices, 4 on the ‘Transition Pro’ scheme, 3 on the CPF scheme, 2 ‘France Travail’ participants, 5 from within the FORPRO network):
