The Training Projects and Engineering Manager's role is to design, implement and/or manage training initiatives that meet all types of expressed or emerging needs. He/she is responsible for monitoring, designing, managing, implementing and evaluating systems and transferring them to other contexts or other users. They carry out these activities using innovative and/or tried and tested teaching approaches and tools. In this way, they contribute to the development of markets and to the long-term future of the organisation.


Modular training: 4 blocks, 11 activities, 28 skills


Block 1: Designing a customised, multimodal training programme incorporating skills development consultancy

  • Activity 1: Gathering and analysing training demand
  • Activity 2: Opportunity and feasibility study of the training response and its implementation
  • Activity 3: Carrying out a skills diagnosis
  • Activity 4: Building an innovative proposal incorporating multimodality, in compliance with the specifications and regulations for vocational and continuing training


Block 2: Managing a multimodal training scheme as part of a quality approach

  • Activity 5: Organising the training scheme or action
  • Activity 6: Implementing individual and group multimodal pathways
  • Activity 7: Monitoring and contributing to developments in training


Block 3: Implementing learning situations

  • Activity 8: Designing an individualised learning path
  • Activity 9: Facilitating learning using different methods


Block 4: Managing teams in the training sector

  • Activity 10: Leading teaching and administrative teams
  • Activity 11: Coordinating teaching and administrative teams

  • Approved title

Maximum total duration of 849 hours, including 196 hours on the job and 653 hours at the training centre.

Anyone with professional experience who has passed the pre-training assessment. Proficiency in office automation and oral and written expression. Experience in the Training field appreciated.
