- To design, implement and/or manage training programmes to meet all types of expressed or emerging needs.
- To manage the monitoring, design, management, implementation and evaluation of training programmes and their transfer to other contexts or other users.
- To design these activities using innovative and/or tried and tested teaching approaches and tools.
- To contribute to the development of markets and the long-term future of the organisation.

Block 1:

Activity 1: Gathering and analysing training demand
Activity 2: Studying the opportunity and feasibility of the training response and its implementation
Activity 3: Carrying out a skills diagnosis
Activity 4: Drawing up an innovative proposal incorporating multimodality, in compliance with the specifications and the regulations governing vocational and continuing training

Block 2:

Activity 5: Organisation of the training scheme or action
Activity 6: Implementing individual and group multimodal pathways
Activity 7: Monitoring and contributing to the development of training

Block 3:

Activity 8: Designing an individualised learning pathway
Activity 9: Facilitating learning using different methods

Block 4:

Activity 10: Leading teaching and administrative teams
Activity 11: Coordinating teaching and administrative teams

Total maximum duration of 1,155 hours, including 315 hours on the job and 840 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

All audiences

Anyone with professional experience who has passed the pre-training assessment. Proficiency in office automation and oral and written expression. Experience in the Training field appreciated.

The RPIF qualification has been in existence for more than 15 years at national level, with more than 200 participants having validated their qualification and working in organisations, training departments or as consultant trainers.
