The electrical and electronic equipment consultant repairer (RC3E) takes charge of a customer request as part of an after-sales service, assisting with installation and commissioning. They diagnose and repair electrical and electronic equipment.
On completion of the course, you will be able to:
work on domestic equipment such as: small household appliances, computers, smartphones, power tools, etc.
assist consumers with the installation and commissioning of electrical and electronic equipment
advise consumers on the use of their equipment
carry out additional sales involving accessories, consumables and/or services.
carry out repairs under warranty and outside the manufacturer's warranty.
refurbish electrical and electronic equipment for the reuse market.
The course is structured around 3 blocks of skills:
BC01 - C1 Handle customer relations as part of an after-sales service, either face-to-face or remotely, in order to satisfy consumer expectations
C1.1 Taking charge of a consumer in the context of an after-sales service intervention, in order to direct them towards the appropriate solution and taking into account the specific features of the face-to-face or remote intervention
C1.2 Drawing up an estimate, an invoice in the context of an after-sales service intervention, applying the legal notices in order to present the cost of the intervention to the customer
C1.3 Make an additional sale by applying sales techniques in order to meet the consumer's need
BC02 - C2 Accompany and advise the customer in the commissioning and use of a product and/or system, face-to-face or remotely
C2.1 Advise the consumer by accompanying them in the commissioning, installation and configuration of electrical and electronic equipment in order to guarantee optimum operation
C2.2 Advise the consumer, face-to-face or remotely, by accompanying them in the use of electrical and electronic equipment in order to ensure the best use of it
BC03 - C3 Maintain and/or recondition Electrical and Electronic Equipment
C3.1 Establish a pre-diagnosis of electrical and electronic equipment using appropriate investigative methods in order to determine the source of the malfunction
C3.2 Diagnose and repair Electrical and Electronic Equipment to restore it to optimum working order, in compliance with the standards defined by the manufacturer
C3.2 Diagnose and repair Electrical and Electronic Equipment to restore it to optimum working order, in compliance with the standards defined by the manufacturer
C3.3 Recondition Electrical and Electronic Equipment intended for the re-use market, in compliance with the standards defined by the manufacturer and the regulations in force
