 Vocational qualification in sales and advice in shops

Acquire the qualifications needed to sell and negotiate products or services face-to-face and contribute to the success and results of a store or sales outlet.

On completion of the course, the holder of this qualification will be able to:

- present the sales offer, manage and stock the store shelves in accordance with the rules governing layout and highlight promotional operations and new products.
- contribute to monitoring the stock in the store or sales outlet.
- constantly updating information on the products and services offered by the company.
- facilitating customer flow and remaining available to them if they need help.
- contributing to the presentation and upkeep of the shop, helping to put products on the shelves, ensuring that the shelves are kept in a saleable condition
- ensuring the physical management of products: receiving deliveries, tidying up, preparing customer orders, preparing items for sale.
- regularly updating their knowledge of the items sold.
- personalising the relationship with the customer and assisting them with their purchase.
- welcoming the customer, assessing their needs, informing them of the characteristics of the products, guiding them in their choice, giving advice on use and maintenance, r
- managing customer flow and adapting their actions according to the number of customers.
- helping to create and maintain a climate of trust, informing his/her line manager of changes in customer behaviour.
- taking care of customers picking up an order placed on the internet (click and collect), offering complementary items.

- providing a first level of after-sales service and collections.

    Certificate of Skills 1: develop knowledge of products and contribute to the animation of the sales area

    - Monitor the products and services offered by the brand
    - Contribute to the maintenance and animation of the sales area
    - Participate in the management of goods flows

    Certificate of Skills 2: Selling and advising customers in-store
    - Conducting a sales interview for products and services in-store
    - Consolidating the sales act during the customer experience in-store

    - Taking into account the objectives set to organise his/her sales day

    • Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour Level 4 (Baccalauréat, BP, BT)

    Maximum total duration of 926 hours, including 140 hours in a company and 786 hours at the training centre.
    The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

    Have a level V diploma or equivalent level of experience.

    Have a faithful representation of the profession.

    Project yourself positively in this sales and advice profession.

    Be willing to accept prolonged "standing" stations.
