 Warehousing Logistics Technician vocational qualification

At the end of his/her training, the warehouse logistics technician will be able to:

- contribute to the optimal organisation of goods flows in a warehouse in compliance with storage, health and safety, security, quality and occupational health protection rules;

- supervise a team of operators : warehousemen, forklift drivers, order pickers, and anyone else needed to manage a customer's order;

- organise, coordinate and monitor on a daily basis the activity of operators in receiving, storing, preparing orders and dispatching goods in the storage area for which he (she) is responsible n using a computerised system;

- ensure the protection and health of people, the safety of goods and equipment, the cleanliness of work areas and the rational use of work tools.


The training is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote practical and progressive learning.

BC01 – Coordinating, managing and monitoring activities relating to the flow of goods within the warehouse

  • Monitoring documents and operations relating to the receipt and dispatch of goods in the warehouse
  • Verifying that goods are stored correctly, physical and computerised stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations relating to handling and storage equipment
  • Adapt day-to-day activities relating to the flow of goods in the warehouse

BC02 - Plan and supervise the activities of a team of warehouse operators

  • Draw up the work schedule for warehouse operators
  • Monitor the production rates of a team of warehouse operators
  • Supervise a team of warehouse operators

Throughout the course, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor the learning to each individual’s needs.

A work placement also enables participants to develop their professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, work-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learners to learn in conditions that closely resemble the real-world workplace.


  • Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour Level 4

Maximum total duration of 840 hours, including 280 hours in a company and 560 hours at the training centre.

For this professional qualification, ongoing assessments (ECF) are organised throughout the course to evaluate the candidate’s progress and their mastery of professional skills.

The final examination takes place before a two-member examination panel comprising professionals from the sector. It comprises a professional role-play and an interview based on the professional portfolio (DP), which highlights the experience and skills developed by the candidate.

The final examination takes place within two months of the end of the training course.

The examination panel validates all or part of the Professional Qualification. In the event of partial validation, the professional competence certificates (CCP) (or competence modules) obtained are valid for a period of five years.

The candidate may subsequently complete the missing modules to obtain the Professional Qualification in its entirety.
