Industrial Production Technician vocational qualification

At the end of their training, holders of the TP  Industrial Production Technician will be able in compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards to:

- oversee the operation of one or more production lines made up of manual, semi-automatic or automatic workstations linked together by the same manufactured product.

- carry out mass production of manufactured parts that comply in terms of quality, quantity, time and deadline as set out in the production programme.

- master different technologies such as pneumatics, electricity, automation, mechanics, hydraulics, robotics and industrial IT.

He/she will have developed the habit of thinking and engaging his/her responsibilities in a teamwork dynamic. In liaison with the company's technical departments (maintenance, quality, methods) and in contact with the various operators, he/she will be able to implement new products, new materials and new technologies.

CCP1 -  Managing an industrial production line

- Organising a workstation

- Starting and stopping an industrial production line

- Checking the conformity of the parts produced and stabilising the industrial production process

- Diagnosing and resolving a malfunction on an industrial production line (level 2 maintenance on installations)

- Monitoring the activity and performance of the industrial production line

CCP2 -  Organising production and optimising the operation of an industrial production line

- Organising the activity of production staff

- Supporting production staff in adapting to their workstation

- Carrying out technical or organisational improvement actions on an industrial production line

• Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour Level 4 (Baccalauréat, BP, BT)

Maximum total duration of 880 hours, including 280 hours in a company and 600 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.
