At the end of their training, holders of the Industrial Production Technician vocational training course will be able to be in charge of the operation of one or more production lines, made up of several manual, automated or robotised workstations linked together by the manufacture of the product.
- ensure the preparation, commissioning, shutdown and monitoring of machines, whether robotised or not.
- ensure that production parameters are respected to achieve output and quality targets.
- carry out regular preventive maintenance operations, diagnose and resolve simple cases of breakdown to minimise downtime.
- react quickly and effectively to resolve all types of production incidents: quality problems, line stoppages, drift in performance indicators.
- organise the allocation of staff within its scope, ensuring that the workload is fairly distributed and that the specific characteristics of the staff present are taken into account (training, experience, allophone...).
- supervise the induction of new arrivals when they take up their post or change production.
- identify and propose improvements aimed at optimising the production process, safety or productivity.
- ensure compliance with safety and health procedures and the principles of sustainable development applied in the company

- Diagnose and resolve a malfunction on a production line
- Carry out technical or organisational improvement actions on an industrial production line
