The IT support technician installs, configures and troubleshoots fixed or mobile computer workstations, as well as their peripherals, in order to adapt the workstation to users' needs.
He/she assists users on site, in a network environment, to ensure that their workstations function correctly.
He/she works alone, at the request of the user, his/her manager or the service centre. He/she works autonomously while respecting the customer's request and reporting according to predefined procedures.
Finally, the technician practices permanent technical monitoring.

Certificate of professional skills 2. Work on infrastructure components - Work on network equipment. - Work on an Active Directory-type network directory. - Install and configure a network service for a very small business or an individual.
Certificate of professional skills 3.Assist or troubleshoot customers or users - Provide technical support in a commercial context. - Handle an incident in a service centre and monitor the fleet. - Assist users in an office environment or on their digital equipment. - Diagnose and resolve a digital malfunction

Maximum total duration of 1,421 hours, including 252 hours in a company and 1,169 hours at the training centre.
