 Professional Accounting Secretary qualification

On completion of the course, the holder of this qualification will be able to carry out administrative and logistical assistant activities working for a line manager, often the head of the company, or a team.

He/she will be able to:

- carry out administrative monitoring of commercial and human resources functions.

- in the field of accounting and payroll, check and record the company's social and tax (VAT) documents, collect the elements needed to calculate the payroll, ensure that they are taken into account and prepare current social declarations.

- use integrated, high-performance software and dematerialised accounting supports in his/her assignments


Certificate of competence 1: Assuring day-to-day administrative secretarial work

Presenting routine professional documents using digital tools

Organising the work environment and filing on a daily basis

Searching for and transmitting routine information in writing

Assuring the day-to-day reception of a structure

Certificate of competence 2: Assuring day-to-day accounting operations

Assuring the administrative and accounting management of customers

Assuring the administrative and accounting management of suppliers

Assuring the administrative and accounting management of treasury operations

Certificate of skills 3:Preparing periodic accounting operations

Assuring the administrative, accounting and tax management of VAT returns

Assuring the management of payroll variables and parameters

Presenting and transmitting management charts

Cross-cutting skills:

Organising one's work environment and activities

Ensuring a technological and information watch

Adopting a customer-oriented behaviour and a service posture

Respecting rules and procedures

Mobilising digital environments


  • Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour Level 4 (Baccalauréat, BP, BT)

Maximum total duration of 1,250 hours, including 350 hours in a company and 900 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

Continue your studies at level 5 in Brevet de Technicien Supérieur or Bachelor Universitaire de Technologie on specialities linked to administration, business management and accounting.
