< The manager of a tourist establishment manages a structure which offers stays of at least one night, with accommodation and associated services.


The course is divided into 4 skill blocks:

BC01 - Managing and optimising the services of a tourist establishment as part of a quality approach

Organise the accommodation department and optimise its operation.
Organise the reception department and optimise its operation.
Organise the maintenance department and optimise its operation.
Organise the catering bar department and optimise its operation.
Organise the entertainment department, optimise its operation and develop local roots.

BC02 - Managing the staff of a tourist establishment

Recruiting the staff of a tourist establishment in French and English.
Managing the staff of a tourist establishment.
Ensure the administrative management of human resources for a tourism establishment.

BC03 - Marketing the offers of a tourist establishment with a multi-channel approach

Develop and optimise the marketing of the offers of a tourist establishment.
Promote a tourist establishment and its offers in French and English.

BC04 - Ensuring the operational management of a tourist establishment and planning investments

Managing the operating budget and securing the profitability of a tourist establishment.
Planning investments for a tourist establishment and their financing.

Maximum total duration of 1,470 hours, including 350 hours on the job and 1,120 hours at the training centre.
