At the end of the training course, using a job sheet setting out the work to be carried out, the industrial vehicle repair mechanic, Coach and Bus option, will be able to maintain and repair goods and passenger road transport vehicles.
The main objectives of the training are:
CCP 1 - Carry out routine vehicle maintenance operations
- Carry out the takeover and maintenance of motor vehicles
- Repair mechanical assemblies
- Intervene on on-board electrical systems
CCP 2 - Repair the engine, peripherals and transmission
- Repair engine peripherals
- Repair engines and transmission
- Work on an on-board air conditioning cold loop
- Work on hybrid and electric motorisation systems (specific to Buses and Coaches)
CCP 3 - Repair vehicle chassis equipment and trailers subject to statutory inspections
-. Repair the links and mechanical components of chassis equipment
- Repair the hydraulic systems of equipment and braking
- Repair the pneumatic braking and servicing systems
This training course offers an additional module specific to the maintenance of on-board Bus and Coach systems :
- Check, refurbish and replace equipment components and PMR accessories (Access ramp for people with reduced mobility), SAE (Operating Support System) on Cars & Buses
- Diagnose equipment components and accessories on Cars & Buses
- Check and replace components of passenger information systems, metering and video systems.
- Check, replace and install components of GPS and Radio Link systems, Telematics, SAEIV systems, ticketing, wind vanes, Wifi/USB equipment, CMMS software, Remote diagnostics.

- Work on de-energised electrical systems (B1VL)
- Work on batteries (B2XL)
