The trained professional will be able to:

- design the escort service and/or participate in its design and promote it.

- welcome and look after a group of tourists on an excursion or tourist tour,

- present the characteristics of trips, excursions, walks and visits

- accompany groups of visitors, ensuring their safety and comfort.

CCP1. Establish a tourist tour service

- Design a range of animated guided tours for different audiences

- Design content and media for tourist tours

- Promote tours to different audiences

CCP2. Accompanying and guiding tourist visitors

- Accompanying visitors on a tourist visit or tour

- Leading a guided tour of a natural heritage and tourist site

Cross-cutting skills :

- Mobilise customer-oriented behaviour and a service posture in tourism

- Apply hygiene, health and safety rules for a tourist excursion or stay

- Use of digital technology

- Professional English focusing on exchanges with tourists: listening, understanding, advice, informative exchanges.

Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour Level 4 (Baccalauréat, BP, BT)

Maximum total duration of 868 hours, including 210 hours in a company and 658 hours at the training centre.
