At the end of their training, holders of the TP payroll manager qualification will be able to:
- continuously fill in the company's social file including company information, legal structure, applicable collective agreement, social organisations as well as signed agreements.
- complete individual staff files.
- assess the various situations resulting in additional remuneration or deductions based on social law, the applicable collective agreement and internal directives
- ensure monthly production of the pay slip and management of social data, in accordance with current regulations;
- collect and process using dedicated software perennial information as parameters, and information related to working time management, qualification of absences or additional remuneration under pay variables.
- draw up standard employment contracts on an ad hoc basis, subject to certain conditions.

Direct entry into the workforce: The professional qualification is designed to enable you to start working quickly as: Payroll Manager, Payroll Technician, Payroll and Personnel Administration Assistant, Payroll Clerk in an accountancy firm, or HR Manager specialising in payroll. Further study in management or human resources Depending on the institution and the level of the qualification (Level 5 – equivalent to two years of higher education), certain courses are available: Professional Bachelor’s degree in Payroll and Social Security Management Professional Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management Professions Professional Bachelor’s degree in HRM Professions: HR Assistant HR Bachelor’s degree at certain schools.
