 Professional qualification in Payroll Management

At the end of their training, holders of the TP payroll manager qualification will be able to:

- continuously fill in the company's social file including company information, legal structure, applicable collective agreement, social organisations as well as signed agreements.

- complete individual staff files.

- assess the various situations resulting in additional remuneration or deductions based on social law, the applicable collective agreement and internal directives

- ensure monthly production of the pay slip and management of social data, in accordance with current regulations;

- collect and process using dedicated software perennial information as parameters, and information related to working time management, qualification of absences or additional remuneration under pay variables.

- draw up standard employment contracts on an ad hoc basis, subject to certain conditions.


Skill block 1 (CCP 1): Carrying out the administrative and legal management and presentation of pay slips

Processing information to determine gross pay

Guaranteeing calculations of social security contributions in payroll

Processing information impacting pay

Skill block 2 (CCP2): Valuing events in working life in payroll

Evaluating specific events related to working time

Managing legal and social information on departure

Controlling data from payroll processing


  • Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour Level 5 (BTS)

Total maximum duration of 945 hours, including 210 hours in a company and 735 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

Access to employment with responsibilities as a payroll manager either in chartered accountancy firms or in companies: SMEs and +, not outsourcing their payroll.

Integration into jobs as a payroll manager or assistant, specialist payroll accountant, personnel administration and management manager or assistant, social administration manager.
