As a direct collaborator of the site manager, the main activity of the topographical surveyor in a building and public works company consists of carrying out land surveys and setting out structures on sites.

He also works alongside the site manager and, in collaboration with the latter, produces various documents such as working drawings, quantity surveys and work attachments.

Produce technical documents as part of a response to a call for tenders for a public works site

Assume the tasks of a works designer with regard to IPR regulations
Conduct site surveys and/or of existing structures existing structures
Produce plans following surveys
Produce technical documents and quantity surveys in response to invitations to tender

Produce technical documents required for the execution of building and civil engineering works and for site monitoring

Assuming the tasks of a works designer with regard to IPR regulations
Producing execution plans
Quantifying the work carried out and drawing up attachments

Performing topographical operations and topographic operations and associated plans specific to infrastructures required for the execution of a public works project and for site monitoring

Assuming the tasks of a works designer with regard to IPR regulations
Implanting a point on the ground, mark it with a benchmark
Survey the works
Produce plans following the surveys
Produce georeferenced completion plans

Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour Level 5 (BTS)

Total duration of 2,725 hours, including 1,675 hours on the job and 1,050 hours at the training centre.
