Professional qualification as an adult vocational trainer (TP FPA)

The aim of this course is to train the trainer: He/she has full and complete responsibility for the activity of "preparing and running training courses" and may have specific duties such as:

• referent for a training product or course,
• referent or coach for one or more people for the duration of their training or professionalisation contract,
• co-coordinator of a teaching team (without being hierarchical).

Desired but not required (test results, positioning and clarity of professional project take precedence):

- Professional diploma corresponding to the first level of qualification in the sector of activity concerned or equivalent + 3 years' professional experience in this sector.
- Level IV diploma (bac) or equivalent with professional experience whatever the sector.
- Fluency in French (expression and comprehension).
- Fluency in office software (word processing, PowerPoint) and internet research.
