Provide a commercial and technical service to customers by advising on, preparing, repairing and maintaining cycles, electrically-assisted bicycles and snow sliding equipment.

Advise, guide to carry out sales and rentals of sports equipment and equipment and mobilise digital environments.

Supervise orders and stock movements for a sales or service outlet, run the sales and/or rental outlet.

Prepare, maintain and carry out routine repairs on cycles and electrically assisted bicycles. (Certificat de Compétences Professionnelles 1)

Prepare cycles and electrically assisted bicycles: unpack, assemble, fit with safety accessories.
Sort waste, place and arrange cycles and electrically assisted bicycles on the sales shelf or in the rental fleet.
Inspect equipment on return from hire, carry out routine maintenance on cycles and electrically-assisted bicycles: clean, adjust, lubricate, replace wearing parts.
Adjust cycles and electrically-assisted bicycles to user morphology
Carry out routine repairs to mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components.

Participate in the sale and hire of sports equipment and accessories (Certificat de Compétences Professionnelles 2)

Participate in the sale or hire of sports equipment and accessories: greeting, identifying needs, advising (technical characteristics, advice on use, maintenance, complementary products)
Performing administrative operations related to sales and hire, making collections
Participating in monitoring orders and stock movements for a sales or service outlet.
Perform rental return operations.
Keep your department operational (tidying, restocking)
Contribute to the shop's image and communication on social networks

Total maximum duration of 924 hours, including 637 hours in a company and 308 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.
