At the end of their training the professional holder of the TP couturier retoucheur will be able:

- to provide services for the creation of made-to-measure women's clothing and alterations on different types of clothing.

- listen to and effectively advise customers, taking into account technical and economic feasibility, and accurately determine the service that meets their needs, morphology and criteria.

- from the customer's order, design the base, then the pattern of a made-to-measure women's garment.

- make made-to-measure women's garments and carry out alterations, common, sometimes of textile items, or more complex involving the transformation of garments.

- plan their work independently, or within a salaried job integrate their workload within that of a team.

- work in compliance with health and safety rules

Certificate of professional competence 1: Contractualise a service for the creation of made-to-measure women's clothing or alterations

- Perform a consultancy sale for the unit creation of a garment or an alteration

- Establish the selling price for the unit creation of a garment or an alteration

Certificate of professional competence 2: Design bespoke women's clothing

- Construct the base of a garment

- Build and validate the fabric of a garment

- Make the pattern of a garment

Certificate of professional competence 3: Manufacture made-to-measure women's clothing and alterations

- Cut the constituent parts of a garment

- Prepare and make up the sub-assemblies of a garment

- Assemble a garment

- Finish a garment

- Alter a garment
