Professional qualification in application design and development

• Design and develop applications, digital services for users in compliance with recognised IT standards in the customer's professional environment and in compliance with IT security rules
• Analyse a request or functional specifications in order to model via a database or adapt and/or optimise an existing database
• Learn to adapt to constant technological and regulatory developments in the field. Working with multiple contacts, users, project managers, testers, IT security managers, hosts, web designers, experts, etc.

The course is organised into several skill modules, allowing for step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to encourage hands-on, progressive learning.

BC02 - Design and develop a secure, layered application

• Analyse requirements and create a prototype for an application
• Define the software architecture of an application
• Design and implement a relational database
•  Develop SQL and NoSQL data access components 

BC03 - Prepare the deployment of a secure application

• Prepare and execute test plans for an application
• Prepare and document the deployment of an application
• Contribute to the roll-out in a DevOps approach

Throughout the programme, students receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor the learning to each individual’s needs.

A work placement also enables learners to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, work-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learning in conditions that closely resemble the real-world workplace.

• Titre Professionnel développeur web et web mobile (DWWM)
• Diploma at Bac+2 level in IT such as BTS SIO Option B solutions, logiciels applications métiers (SLAM),
• Bac+2 "scientific" with regular practice of computing (programming)

It is also accessible over a period of 3 years with obtaining an optional intermediate certification (TP DWWM) for holders of one of the following certifications:

• STI2D Technological Baccalaureate or General Baccalaureate and equivalent or level 4 certification + 3 years' professional experience

Special requirements: computer scientist with 3 years' experience (on web development, for example)

For this professional qualification, ongoing assessments (ECF) are organised throughout the course to evaluate the candidate’s progress and their mastery of professional skills.

The final examination takes place before a two-member examination panel comprising professionals from the sector. It comprises a professional role-play and an interview based on the professional portfolio (DP), which highlights the experience and skills developed by the candidate.

The final examination takes place within two months of the end of the training course.

The examination panel validates all or part of the Professional Qualification. In the event of partial validation, the professional competence certificates (CCP) (or competence modules) obtained are valid for a period of five years.

The candidate may subsequently complete the missing modules to obtain the Professional Qualification in its entirety.
