 Human Resources Assistant vocational qualification (TP ARH)

In compliance with legal rules, the human resources assistant carries out all or part of the operations linked to the administrative management of personnel. He/she contributes to the recruitment of new employees and the development of skills.

He/she processes information from the personnel department or from third parties and respects the rules of confidentiality in all circumstances.


  1. Operational human resources management tasks

    • Administrative personnel management

    • Management of payroll variables and parameters

    • Implementation and monitoring of human resources indicators

  2. Contributing to the contributing to the development of human resources

    • Contributing to operations relating to job and career management

    • Contributing to the staff recruitment and integration process

    • Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of staff skills development

Maximum total duration of 590 hours, including 140 hours in a company and 450 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

2 years' professional experience desired, variable according to the quality and scope of responsibilities exercised, in the secretarial field in a company or association.

Baccalaureate level desired

Written and oral expression skills, and digital skills required.

On completion of the course you will be able to apply for jobs as an HR Assistant, Training Assistant, Recruitment Assistant, HR and Payroll Assistant, Human Resources Officer in all types of organisations such as private and public companies, recruitment agencies, temporary work agencies, associations and in all business sectors.
