Professionalise trainees in the services provided to people maintained at home in order to develop the following professional skills:
-Establish a professional relationship with the person and those around them and during interventions
-Organise with the person the acts to be performed
-Prevent risks, deal with emergency situations and/or set up a relay
-Contribute to the physical, intellectual and social autonomy of the person
-Implement appropriate techniques and professional gestures in helping with toileting and dressing, moving around, eating
-Establishing contact, communicating and taking over from parents
-Organising work with one or more children
-Supporting children's basic learning and socialisation in their activities
-Organising domestic tasks with the person
-Preventing domestic risks and working safely
-Respecting the person's privacy, tastes and habits.
The job involves providing professional help for a private individual in their private life (individual dwelling, home, room in a residential home...), an association, a personal services company or a residential establishment.
The training course at the centre is made up of 3 typical activities, each represented by a module:
-Cleaning a private individual's home and linen
-Assisting a person with the essential acts of daily life
-Relaying parents in caring for their children at home
- Module preparing for the Occupational Health and Safety certificate - SST
- Summary module: preparation for validation (completion of the professional practice summary file) and passing the professional test.

-Demonstrate a good understanding of written and oral instructions, and master the 4 mathematical operations
-Able to be sociable and altruistic towards others, self-sufficient in work, physically strong (mobilising people, carrying loads, household chores), balanced and mature, have a high degree of availability for variable hours (evenings, weekends).

The training is paid for by the Pole Emploi, you must attend a group information meeting to meet the GRETA-CFA teams following a summons from the POLE EMPLOI.
