In a complex and uncertain context, in a multitasking and multi-interlocutor environment, professionals at the end of their apprenticeship:

- will carry a technical mastery, the one necessary for their autonomy,

- will have developed their adaptability and strong interpersonal skills in both French and English.

- will have developed techniques and skills to continuously self-train, ensure a technological and information watch, and cultivate their agility.

At the heart of the communication, organisation and decision-making system, they will be able to:

- assist management in a central role, analyse a situation, establish a diagnosis and propose a solution.

- optimise organisational procedures and facilitate decision-making by building effective steering tools within deadlines,

- compile and consolidate data in the form of activity or results reporting.

- interface with contacts and collect, analyse and disseminate information, both internally and externally (omnichannel use of social media).

- assist a project manager in coordinating and monitoring a project, take charge of the complete organisation of an event and implement the communication operations associated with these projects.


BC01 - Providing administrative and organisational support to the management team

  • Organising and monitoring the operational activities of the management team in French and English
  • Designing steering tools and present quantified management information
  • Optimise administrative processes
  • Act as the oral interface between the management team and internal and external contacts in French and English


BC02 - Organise and monitor projects and files in French and English. Organising and monitoring the management team's specific projects and files

  • Conducting an information watch and disseminating its content
  • Preparing, coordinating and monitoring a project
  • Organising an event
  • Implementing a communication campaign in French and English

  • Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour Level 5 (BTS)

Total maximum duration of 574 hours, including 1000 hours in a company and 574 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.
