At the end of their training, the "cleaning team leader" professional will be able to:
- work effectively under the responsibility of a site manager or sector manager.
- take part in carrying out manual or mechanised maintenance services and act as a first level interface with the customer.
- recruit, mobilise, coordinate, help train and manage a team of cleaners or conventional cleanroom machinists (of which he/she may replace one member).
Skill block 1:Implementing the relationship with users/customers to guarantee the smooth running of the cleaning site
Checking the appearance of your outfit and equipment and those of your team
Introducing yourself and engaging in dialogue with any interlocutor, both internal and external, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the exchange.
Inform users of the nature of the work to be carried out and explain the progress and constraints of the operations undertaken.
Receive any requests or complaints from users in order to deal with them at team level or to relay them to the hierarchy.
Skill block 2: technical preparation of the cleaning site
Check the availability and conditions of use (safety) of the products, materials and equipment required for the site.
Assess, prepare, distribute and lay out the equipment and quantities of products and consumables at each workstation
Draft and have signed consumable use orders for invoicing purposes
Apply service and safety protocols and instructions
Use materials/products in compliance with the data in the technical sheets (safety, storage, handling)
Dose and use chemical products by applying safety protocols
Skill block 3: Performing professional techniques related to cleaning operations

Wash and disinfect a sanitary block and its accessories
Perform routine maintenance of an office

Apply instructions for routine maintenance of equipment and explain and apply 1st level maintenance actions on cleaning machines
Draw up follow-up documents on operations carried out

Giving team members the information they need to carry out the job properly
