Skill block 1: implementing relations with users to ensure the smooth running of the cleaning site
Effective and high-quality communication with users to discuss the nature of the work to be carried out.
Identification of inconveniences caused by the site for communication to users
Collection of any requests or complaints from the customer for direct handling and/or transmission to the hierarchy
Skill block 2:Technical preparation of the cleaning site
Choice of equipment and products depending on the surface, the location and its activity and the degree of soiling.
