Technologies for the professions of the future

This course is the key to developing the skills you need to enter the job market or set up your own business in a variety of sectors that now incorporate new technologies: numerous industrial sectors, construction, the mountains, etc., geared towards careers in design, maintenance, production, design, etc., and everything that has yet to be invented!

The skills targeted are related to mastering the technology of computer-aided design software CAD CATIA 3D Experience and Solidworks, implementing reverse engineering using a 3D Scanner, 3D printing from CAD and or 3D Scan, and visualizing the work done with virtual reality techniques and augmented reality

This course consists of 210 hours of teaching (lectures, tutorials and practical work) and the completion of an industrial project (280 hours)

The courses are broken down into 5 modules:

Design - 72 h

• Engineering sciences
• Computer-aided design

3D scanning - 30 h

• Existing technologies
• Scanning TTP
• Exploitation and data processing with 3D Scan software
• Processing 3D scans in CAD

3D Printing - 36 h

• Existing technologies
• 3D printingTP: plastic, composite, metal

Virtual Reality VR - 36 h

• VR technologies: Cave and glasses
• Using Unreal software
• TP coding simple functions and VR scenarios

AR Augmented Reality and MR Mixed Reality - 36 h

• AR and MR technology
• Using Unity software

TP coding simple functions and scenarios

The trainees will carry out an industrial project that will enable them to put into practice on all or part of the technologies studied the implementation of digital tools (CAD, 3D Scan, 3D Printing, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality)

The technical platform at the Centre d'Excellence POLYAÉRO® Hautes Alpes is equipped with digital resources that are unique in the Southern Region.

Trainers with at least level 6 qualifications (bachelor's degree, professional bachelor's degree, master's degree) and at least 3 years' experience in continuing education and/or in the professional field being taught.

A number of forward-looking professions are emerging in companies' expectations and new professional opportunities exist.

The emergence of Enterprise 4.0 will lead to the retraining of technicians in companies whose skills are essentially industrial to digital skills. This training can be seen as a complement to other qualifications such as Bac Pro, BTS, DUT, Licence Pro, engineering diploma or master.
