The connected household appliance services technician (TSEC) carries out the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repair of household appliance products and/or systems
Manage customer relations as part of an intervention on a household electrical appliance network, system and/or product
- Take care of a customer as part of after-sales service and/or a home intervention (additional sale of products, services, accessories, ...)
- Train the customer in the use of an unconnected or connected product, system or service
- Produce an estimate or an invoice
Install, configure and commission a network, system and/or household electrical product
- Install, configure, commission and maintain a home network (Ethernet, PLC and WIFI, ..)
- Install, configure and commission an unconnected or connected household electrical appliance product and/or system
Diagnose and repair a household electrical appliance product and/or system
- Pre-diagnose a product and/or system within the company (cf. After-sales service reception point) and/or remotely (level 1 telephone assistance and remote maintenance)
- Diagnose and carry out a level 1 and 2 repair on a washing product and/or system (washing machine)
- Diagnose and carry out a level 1 and 2 repair on a cooking product and/or system (induction hob)
- Diagnose and carry out a level 1 and 2 repair on a refrigeration product and/or system (R600a)
- Organise your activity with customers (home or business intervention)

In apprenticeship: Training is available within a minimum of 48 hours, subject to validation of your application and availability of places, as well as the position in the company (diploma compliance), until the end of the 1st month in which the action begins.
The training leads to professional integration in service structures specialising in the maintenance of household electrical appliances: distribution after-sales service, technical stations and repair companies.
