The technician specialising in fibre optics will be able to independently connect an optical network and carry out all the work involved in pulling cables, laying and connecting optical equipment in different environments.
At the end of the training course the professional will be able to:
Module 1 - Optical Fibre Theory
During the course several case studies on different types of files will be dealt with: FTTH engineering v2 theory ZTD, ZMD, G652 and G657 cable types, Optical LAN permanent links (theory), light propagation, transmitters and receivers - optical budget, cables, splitters, connectors, soldering, couplers, measurements- photometry and reflectometry, Fibercâble software.
Module 2 - Optical Fibre Practical
Practical work: FTTH ZTD and building solution, ZMD, drawers and optical LAN, soldering and coiling, Mid Span Access, Measurements, optical fibre box programming, Fibercâble.
Several trips are planned to study and observe a fibre optic worksite in a real-life situation
Module 3 - Preparation for electrical authorisations H0/B0 - BS / BE
Module 4 - CACES nacelle 1B+3B: : Preparing for and passing the CACES 1B (bucket truck) and 3B (autonomous bucket)
Module 5 - Plane reading : Plan reading Building Nomenclatures
Module 6 - SST : Preparation for the Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail qualification
Module 7 - Physical efficiency module: Attitudes and gestures enabling you to work safely while protecting yourself from physical pathologies linked to work on site
