The fire safety officer is a qualified person who ensures, the supervision of compliance with instructions and the maintenance of fire-fighting equipment.
His presence is mandatory in high-rise buildings (IGH) and certain establishments receiving the public (ERP).

The SSIAP 1 training course provides the knowledge needed to ensure the safety of goods and people in establishments receiving the public (ERP) and in high-rise buildings (IGH).

SST - Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail training enables people to acquire skills in the prevention of occupational risks and to master perfectly the procedures to follow in the event of an accident at work, so that they can intervene immediately and effectively to protect, examine, alert and rescue the person in difficulty.


Training programme

Integration period. Welcome, presentation of the training objectives, knowledge of the professional environment, awareness of sustainable development, adaptation of the training course
Preparation for SSIAP 1 clearance - 68 hours; At the end of the SSIAP 1 module, participants will be able to: know the behaviour of fire and its consequences, master fire safety, identify technical installations, the role and missions of fire safety officers, put into practice what they have learned.

Preparation for SST certification - First aid at work - 14 hours . At the end of the SST module, participants will be able to: - exercise a role in the field of prevention within their company - deal with an accident situation at work to protect, examine, alert and rescue - identify the dangers of a work situation and inform their hierarchy Intervene when faced with an accident situation at work - apply their SST skills to prevent occupational risks

  • Additional teaching : basic knowledge if necessary
  • Professional posture: adopting the correct professional gestures and postures
  • Electrical authorisation BS BEM

The candidate will be assessed on his/her ability to:
- make employees aware of the risks and dangers of fire,
- carry out the first interventions in the event of fire,
- alert and organise the evacuation of the public in the event of risk or disaster,
- provide for the reception of emergency services,
- maintain the emergency resources on the site where he/she is on duty
