Acquire the professional techniques for organising, managing, advising on and selling wines and other alcoholic beverages in order to:

- promote and serve beverages

- advise on and serve wines

- take care of cellar management


Integration period : Welcome, presentation of training objectives, discovery of the professional environment, awareness of sustainable development, adaptation of the course - 7 hours

Total maximum duration of 385 hours, including 105 hours in a company and 280 hours at the training centre.
