EVAPORATION:
- Theoretical concepts.
- Analysis of the operating conditions of a multiple-effect evaporator.
- Various types of industrial evaporators.
- Study of the operation of a continuous evaporation unit.
- Practice of mass and heat balances in discontinuous and continuous evaporation (practical work)

DRYING:
- Theoretical concepts.
- Drying techniques.
- Analysis of the operating conditions of a drying apparatus.
- Carrying out batch drying (practical work).
- Study of the operation of a continuous adsorption drying plant.

The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

- Notions of saturation, solubility, degree of hydration (titer of a saturated solution) - Representation of a simple control loop.
- Heat and material balances - Interpolation calculations - Manufacturing calculations.
