To train digital referents capable of:
- Coordinating and developing virtuous practices in an organisation, services, IT, telecoms structures
- Proposing and initiating the necessary changes to information and telecommunication systems, taking into account the constraints, functional needs and strategy of the company.
- Develop and finalise an IT application or development project after analysing functional requirements and/or specifications.
- Ensure the availability of physical resources and software resources (software, disk space, power...) required for the operation of the company's IT and telecoms production and operating systems and help users to appropriate them.
Integration period: Welcome, presentation of the training objectives, familiarisation with the professional environment, adaptation of the training path
Organisation of the digital environment :
- Document management and organisation of collaborative work : Filing and synchronising storage spaces (Windows), operating computers, administering a PC (Windows 10), administering Office 365
- Organising, filing and synchronising shared storage spaces: Google resources and tools, Google Apps, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Slides, Forms, Hangout.
- IT backup and security management: archiving, backup strategies and procedures
- RGPD function: the law, constraints, data organisation and monitoring, compliance, monitoring, PROXYs and rules of use.
Operating systems and networks: Windows and Linux
- Environments, restoration, updates, network organisation, SHADOW App, Chromebook, Wifi in network and RJ 45 connection
In-house IT support, maintenance, training:
- User services: advanced use of Office Pack software, advice and occasional training
- Technical support : detecting and resolving common faults, configuring workstations, organising video-conferences
Agility and adaptation:
- Introduction to digital transition: presenting an action plan using an agile method, interpersonal communication
- Written and oral communication: syntax, spelling, proper use of e-mail
Training in work situations in companies
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of IT environments and software suites (Pack Office)
